Daniel joined the Kindler Henrickson Group in 2025 as a Client Assistant. He brings a diverse background in personal finance and leadership to the team. Daniel supports clients and advisors by facilitating communication, coordinating account needs, and ensuring an exceptional service experience. His ability to adapt and collaborate across multiple business functions helps keep the team organized and focused on putting clients first.
Daniel’s leadership skills were honed as a member of the Colgate University Men’s Soccer Leadership Team, where he learned the importance of teamwork, communication, and strategic thinking - qualities he continues to apply in his professional role.
Education/Experience
Daniel earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Personal Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Prior to that, he studied International Relations at Colgate University for two years. His academic foundation in global perspectives and financial planning allows him to approach client needs with both analytical and interpersonal insight.
Before joining Baird, Daniel interned at Generac, gaining exposure to sales, marketing, talent acquisition, and branding. This experience strengthened his understanding of business operations and client engagement.
Community Involvement
Daniel is committed to giving back and actively participates in community events near his home in Oconomowoc, WI. He values building strong connections and contributing to initiatives that strengthen local communities.
Personal
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with family and friends. His interests include fishing, wakeboarding, hunting, and downhill skiing in Colorado. He is passionate about fitness and enjoys working out and running.
